Join us for an invigorating 60-minute online event designed to nurture your mind and body. Led by Meagé Clements, LCSW-C, LICSW & Sabrina Hansen, MSW (learn more about your facilitators below)—this session integrates gentle movement and mindfulness practices to nurture your body and mind.
This experiential event includes adaptable, gentle exercises suitable for all ability levels, followed by a grounding meditation to restore calm and clarity. Participation is essential, so please note that we highly encourage cameras to be on in order to get the most out of this experience.
